Denne guide beskriver de steps du skal igennem for at oprette og opsætte en QuickPay konto og en Clearhaus-aftale. QuickPay er autoriseret til at modtage kreditkort oplysninger og tilbyder at I kan anvende forskellige indløser samt modtage forskellige betalingsformer, bl.a. Kreditkort, MobilePay, Paypal, Klarna.
QuickPay beskriver nedenfor, hvordan I aktiverer Kreditkort, MobilePay samt Apply Pay og Google Pay.

How to sign up
1. Quickpay account:
Please access the following link to create your account: - https://manage.quickpay.net/en/login/create-user
2. Activation:
You have now received an activation link on your email. Please press the Activate button in the mail and then create a password.
3. Create merchant:
After you have created your quickpay account. Press “Create new merchant” and enter your details in the formular and press “Continue”.
4. Start application:
You now have access to the Quickpay manager. To start the application for Clearhaus press “Start application” on the Dashboard page.
5. Website:
Please follow the formular here step by step. - Within “shop website” please note the individual domain. For example: https://test.dk
After the above is fulfilled, press continue
6. Business details:
Please fulfil accordingly to official registered information.
Under Business model please also note down that you use FacilityNet as a provider.
7. Stakeholders:
Type in the information for the contact person If the contact person is not authorized to sign contracts on behalf of the company, please add the legal representative with his/her personal email
Once the above is fulfilled, add the ultimate owners.
An ultimate owner is an individual who directly or indirectly owns more than 25%.
If there are no owners with more than 25% ownership, the ultimate owners would be accordingly to the signature rule. Those individuals must then be added.
If the company is an association, the ultimate owners would be all board members (yes all board members, and not accordingly to the signature rule)
The legitimation must be a valid passport or drivers license, and the address legitimation must be a utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months.
Danish citizens can provide “gul sygesikring”.
After the above is fulfilled, press continue
8. Bank account:
Fulfil: Account currency, Iban, Swift and bank name
9. Pricing and terms:
The agreement is presented
Press activate account.
When the formular has been submitted you have successfully submitted an application.
The Clearhaus onboarding team will then review the application in 1-3 days, and they might reach out to you with follow up questions before fully accepting the application and opening for transactions.
10. Final activation:
The account with Quickpay is inactive until a credit card has been subscribed to your account.
Login to https://manage.quickpay.net/en/login
Go to billing settings
Press add credit card and fulfil the details.
Now you are all ready to go! Thank you!
