Canteen payment - Welcome message for employees (English)

The following text is a draft that you can use to send out to employees in connection with Go-live of the canteen payment solution. The text can be modified as desired.

 

New canteen payment solution

On [yyyy-MM-dd], [Enter your company name] will transcend to a new canteen payment solution, provided by FacilityNet.

[Option 1]: With the new canteen payment solution, you will be able to pay in the canteen with your id-card or via the mobile app GoPay.

[Option 2]: With the new canteen payment solution, you will be able to pay in the canteen with your id-card.

[Option 3]: With the new canteen payment solution, you will be able to pay in the canteen with the GoPay mobile app.

 

[Option 1]: Payment is made via payroll deduction. Your purchases are automatically deducted from your salary, which is calculated per. [describe settlement period].

[Option 2]:Payment takes place both via payroll deduction and by credit card / top up account (read about top up account below). When you order the following items: [specify item names], they are paid via payroll deduction. Other items are paid by credit card or with your top up account (read about top up account below). Settlement via salary is calculated per. [describe settlement period].

[Option 3]: Payment is made by credit card or with your top up ccount (read about top up account below).

 

Pay at the canteen terminal

Activation of id-card

[Option 1]:Your id-card is automatically registered for the canteen payment solution. To make a purchase, simply scan your id-card and select items.

Guest payment

[Option 1 - Guests must pay with MobilePay at the canteen terminal]:

Your guest pays for lunch with MobilePay at the canteen terminal. At the canteen terminal, select the "Pay with MobilePay" button, after which the guest selects items and enters his mobile number at the canteen terminal. The guest receives a MobilePay notification, which must be confirmed.

[Option 2 - Guests must pay by credit card via the GoPay app]:

Your guest pays for lunch with the GoPay app via credit card. The guest opens his mobile browser and enters gopay.menu followed by the canteen's shop number: [enter shop number] or scans the canteen's QR code, which is visible on a poster in the canteen.

[Option 3 - Employees pay for guests by selecting the guest lunch button at the canteen terminal]:

You can pay for your guest by scanning your id-card. Then select the item button: [Enter item button name, e.g. Breakfast buffet]. Settlement of purchases on [Enter item button name, e.g. Lunch buffet] is paid by the company.

[Option 4 - Employees pay for guests in the GoPay app]:

Download the GoPay mobile app and log in

To get started using the GoPay mobile app, you need to download the app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.

 

Open the App store and install the GoPay Menu app or click on one of the links below:

Activate GoPay mobile app

Once you have downloaded and started the app, enter your email address. You will then be guided through how to activate the app.

[Option 1 - If the company uses user synchronization]:

Once you have entered your email address, you will receive an activation code, which you must enter in the app. After entering the activation code, your user account is activated and you can use the app.

[Option 2 - If the company does not use user synchronization]:

Once you have entered your email address, create your user account. You will then receive an activation code, which you must enter in the app. After entering the activation code, your user account is activated and you can use the app.

[Optional]: Top up balance

You can top up money on your digital account (GoPay wallet). It makes it easy for you to pay in the canteen without having to enter credit card information.

[Option 1]: You can top up money on the FacilityNet web portal, the canteen terminal or in the GoPay app.

[Optional]: Receipt control

It is important that you always have your lunch purchase registered. You must therefore be able to present a receipt if a control check is performed.

[Option 1]: When you scan your id-card at the canteen terminal, the screen lights up green and a receipt is printed if the purchase is valid. Place the receipt visibly next to your plate.

[Option 2]: When you buy via the GoPay app, you must scan the mobile app's barcode on the canteen's control tablet before taking your food. The screen lights up green and a receipt is printed if the purchase is valid. Place the receipt visibly next to your plate.

 

My id-card does not work

[Option 1 - If the company id-cards is automatically created in the system]:

If the canteen terminal writes unknown card when your card is scanned, it is because your id-card is not created correctly. Please contact internal operations at: [Enter email address or phone no. on the company administrator or IT support].

 

[Optional]: Refund of top-up account

Have you money on your top-up account that needs to be refunded, e.g. in the event of resignation, please contact: [Enter email address or telephone no. on the company administrator or HR department].
