Production Module in GoPay Manager

Introduction

Navigating the Production Module

To access the production module, you should follow these simple steps:

  • Open the GoPay system: Log in to your GoPay account.
  • Go to the Production module: Select "Production" from the sidebar.

Production Overview

Under the "Production List" tab in the production module, you will be able to see a compiled list of all the items that need to be produced in the kitchen for the selected period. The list includes information about:

  • Number of subscriptions to lunch arrangements
  • Number and details of individual orders
  • Time frame for production

To delve deeper into the individual orders, you should:

  1. Select the "Orders" tab: Here you can view a list of all orders.
  2. Find a specific order: Use the order number or the customer's name to locate a specific order.

Filtering and Search Functions

The production module allows you to filter and search your orders, making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. Here are some of the functions you can use:

  • Filter by store/shop: If you have multiple stores or shops, you can select a specific one from the dropdown menu to view their orders.
  • Search for orders: Use the search field to find an order based on order number, customer's name, or other keywords.
  • Show canceled orders: The "Show canceled" checkbox allows you to include or exclude canceled orders from your list.

Exporting Data

To export your order data to Excel for further analysis or reporting:

  1. Select the orders you wish to export: Use the checkboxes next to each order.
  2. Click on the "Export" button: This will generate an Excel file that you can save and open on your computer.
