Menu planning

To create a new menu in GoPay as a merchant administrator, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to GoPay Manager

Start by visiting the website qa.facilitynet.dk/gopay-manager and log in to your merchant administrator account.

Step 2: Navigate to Menu Planning

Once logged in, find the Menu Planning option on the left side of the screen as shown in the image below:

Step 3: Create a new menu

You have two options for creating a new menu:

  • Click the Create menu button in the upper right corner.
  • Click directly on the desired date in the calendar to create a menu for that specific day.

Both actions will open a pop-up window where you can enter the details of the menu.

Step 4: Fill in menu details

In the pop-up window, you can enter the following details:

  • Dish name: Enter the name of the dish.
  • Short description: Add a brief description of the dish.
  • Allergens: Add relevant allergens.
  • Additionally, you can add marketing details if needed.

You also have the option to:

  • Set the menu to repeat on multiple days by clicking + Add repetition.
  • Choose whether the menu should be published to the web menu, buffet sign, or daily menu sign. Note that buffet and daily menu signs are an additional purchase of physical digital menu signs, which can be placed in your store to display a description of the product.

Step 5: View and manage your menus

You can view your created menus in the calendar view as shown in the image above, or go to the Menus tab for a list view.

In the list view, you can search for menus, select the week number, and view orders from the desired period. You can also delete, edit, or deactivate menus by clicking the three dots to the right of the menu.
