Switching Between Administration and Dashboard in the GoPay Manager

To switch between Administration and Dashboard in the GoPay system, you simply need to click on either Administration or Dashboard in the left menu, depending on which functionality you wish to access. These two environments provide access to different types of features and settings in the system, and they are structured as follows:

1. The Dashboard Environment

The Dashboard environment provides an overview of your account and performance. This environment typically focuses on presenting key figures and sales statistics. It includes several options to get a detailed overview of sales across different areas:

  • Sales by Location: Provides a detailed overview of sales from specific locations and their performance.
  • Customer Sales: Presents sales data and detailed information about individual customer purchases.
  • POS (Point of Sale): Displays comprehensive data and sales information from the POS system.
  • Meeting Catering: Provides insights into sales and transactions related to catering for meetings and events.
  • Subscriptions: Shows sales data and details regarding subscriptions and recurring payments from customers.

The Dashboard environment is designed to give you quick access to important sales information without needing to make administrative changes.

2. The Administration Environment

In the Administration environment, you have access to more detailed settings and system administration. This environment is divided into several sections, each providing different options for managing your sales locations and financial information. Here are some of the key sections:

  • Sales Locations: Here, you can manage and administer your physical sales locations, such as canteens or other points of sale. Under Administrators, you can create and manage the administrators who have access to the system.
  • Reconciliation: This section gives you access to reports on settlement fees and bank transfers, which are useful for financial reconciliation. These reports help you track the costs associated with card payment settlements.
  • Settings: Here, you can adjust the settings for card settlement and trading terms. This is an important section where you can define how your payments and transactions are handled.
  • Account: Under "Account," you can manage administrators who have access to the system and update or change company information.
  • GDPR: In the GDPR section, you can find documents related to data protection and GDPR compliance. Additionally, you can export a complete list of both active and deleted users who have had access to the system.
