After a customer completes an order in the GoPay app, they will be automatically prompted to complete a survey, provided the survey is active and within the visibility settings. A unique survey will be available for each order placed by the customer, allowing you to gather regular feedback.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Survey
- Accessing the Survey Creation Section: In the GoPay manager, navigate to the Surveys section from the main menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

- Name: Enter a name for your survey that clearly indicates its purpose.
- Description: Add a description of the survey. This is for internal use only and won’t be shown to customers.

Click on the + Add Question button to create your survey questions. Questions can cover topics such as:
