This guide explains how to perform a factory reset on your Elo Touch display, restoring it to the default EloView Mode. Please ensure you have backed up any important data, as performing these steps will erase all information stored on the device.

Navigate to Settings
From the home screen of your Elo Touch display, tap the gear-shaped Settings icon to open the settings menu. -
Access System Settings
Within the Settings menu, scroll down and select System. -
Open Advanced Options
In the System menu, tap on Advanced to reveal additional configuration options. -
Select Reset Options
Under the Advanced settings, tap Reset options. -
Choose Factory Reset
Select Erase all data (factory reset to EloView Mode). Please carefully read the on-screen prompts and warnings. -
Confirm and Erase
Confirm your choice by tapping Erase all data. Your Elo Touch display will now reset itself and reboot into the EloView Mode.
Once the reset process is complete, the display will start with the initial setup wizard. Follow any on-screen instructions to configure your display according to your requirements.
