Setting Up and Enrolling Your Device into Gopay Hexnode Configuration

Follow these instructions carefully to set up your Android device and enroll it into Gopay Hexnode configuration.

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Connect to Wi-Fi
   Select your Wi-Fi network from the available list and enter your credentials to connect.

2. Enroll with GMS
   Choose the option Enroll with GMS.

3. Select Language
   Choose English and tap Start.

4. Copy Apps & Data
   When prompted for "Copy apps & data," select Don't copy.

5. Enter Enrollment Code
   In the email field, enter the enrollment code: afw#hexnodemdm, then tap Next.

6. Install Hexnode For Work
   When prompted, tap Install to install Hexnode For Work.

7. Confirm Installation
   Confirm and complete the installation of Hexnode For Work.

8. Setup Device
   When prompted with "Setup Device," select Skip.

9. Server Configuration
   Enter the URL gopay.hexnodemdm.com into the server field, then tap Next. Accept the EULA from Hexnode by tapping Agree.

10. Setup Work Device
    Tap Continue when prompted with "Setup Work Device."

11. Set Up Your Work Device
    Select Accept and continue when prompted with "Let's set up your work device."

12. Privacy Notification
    Tap Next when the message "This device isn't private" appears.

13. Enable Permissions for Hexnode
    Enable the following permissions for Hexnode:

• Device administration

• Usage access

• Draw over apps

• Write system settings

• Notification access

• Password token

• Apps logs
  Note: Skip "Disable Battery Optimization". You might need to return to the Hexnode app multiple times while enabling these permissions.

14. Install Hexnode Assist
    Under Hexnode Assist, tap Set Up and then Install.

15. Settings Prompt
    When prompted by Hexnode For Work, tap Settings.

16. Allow Installation from Unknown Sources
    Enable Allow from this source under "Install unknown apps," then navigate back.

17. Complete Installation
    Tap Install when prompted by Hexnode Assist.

18. Open Hexnode Assist
    Open the app when prompted.

19. Confirm Casting/Recording
    Tap Start Now when prompted with "Exposing sensitive info during casting/recording."

20. Enable Location Services
    Select Enable location Services and confirm by tapping Ok.

21. Disable Automatic Idle Mode
    Go to Settings > Display and disable Automatic idle mode.

22. Activate Do Not Disturb
    Pull down the top menu on your device and tap the Do not disturb button.

Your device is now successfully enrolled into the Gopay Hexnode management system.
