Are you experiencing that the FacilityNet Outlook Add-in has disappeared?

 

 

If the FacilityNet Outlook Add-in has disappeared, the FacilityNet logo in your Outlook menu will be missing, as seen below:

You can try one of the following 3 solutions:

  • Solution 1: Restart Outlook.
  • Solution 2: Check if the FacilityNet Add-in is inactive.
  • Solution 3: Check if the FacilityNet Add-in is disabled.
  • Solution 4: Send log files to FacilityNet support.

Solution 2:

To check if the FacilityNet Add-in is inactive in Outlook:

  • Click on the File menu - Options - Add-Ins.
  • Click on Go next to COM Add-Ins
  • Check the box next to CateringPortalen.OutlookPlugin and click OK.

  • If the add-in is not found in the list under COM Add-Ins, check if it is under Disabled Items.

 

Solution 3:

To check if the FacilityNet Add-in is disabled in Outlook, click on the File menu:

Then click on the "Manage COM Add-ins" button:

A window will appear where you can see your Outlook add-ins and whether they have been disabled (and if so, why):

Choose that the add-in should always be active:
